Hole 9
Sea Hole (152 yards par 3)
Sponsored by Aggy & Tessa Eichholtz
The ninth hole is exactly what it says it is, almost on the beach and known to have been covered in seaweed after a storm. A slice off the tee presupposes what our transatlantic friends term "a Mulligan" - a provisional. To the left is to find the greenside bunker or a difficult little hollow. The background suggests the ideal spot for a holiday photograph.
Hole descriptions are from Hugh Baillie's book, "Golf in the Back of Beyond" - available from the Pro Shop
