 Green-Fee Payment Policy:
Tee times booked for play inside of 7 days are payable at time of booking.
Provisional enquiries will be held for 14 days after which the tee time will be released unless full payment has been made. Please note we will release the tee time(s) on the 15th day, and may not check with you beforehand.
We can accept Amex, Mastercard and Visa card payments, either telephonically or via email.

Ride-on Buggie Policy:
Brora Golf Club has limited buggie availability, and preference is given to players with medical certificates.
Advance buggie bookings are taken on submission of a medical certificate only.
Buggie bookings without medical certificates are accepted from 7 days before date of play.
Caddies, electric trolleys and manual pull trolleys are available to hire if buggies are not available.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
All Cancellations:
Full refund on cancellations up to and including the 8th day prior to date of play.
No refund from day 7 to date of play, however, a return voucher will be issued, which will be valid for 12 months, and may be transferred.

Bad Weather & Course Closure Refunds:
We are in Scotland, where golf is played in all weather conditions.
If on day of play the course is closed due to bad weather, you may reschedule your tee-time or request a full refund.

Buggie Dependant Visitor Tee Times:
If buggies are not in use on date of play at specified course/s, and guest cannot play without one, part or full green fee, whichever applies, will be refunded on presentation of a Medical Certificate.

Caddie Policy:
Caddies are self-employed thus, while Brora GC will endeavour to meet requests for caddies, we cannot guarantee availability.
One bag per caddie, £60.00 +tip
Forecaddie, £80 +tip
Fees payable directly to caddie, in £-pounds.
Caddie cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Disbursement fees of £25.00 per caddie will be collected on caddie stand-ups, i.e. late cancellations, no-shows, or reduction of caddie numbers on arrival.

Greens Maintenance Advisory:
Greens Maintenance takes place annually from mid to end September, with greens recovery averaging 2 weeks.
Greens maintenance, provisionally scheduled for Wednesday 18th September 2024 will involve narrow diameter solid tyning, overseeding and top dressing.
